I will try to answer those very good but very detailed questions quickly. It is very difficult to predict what the wind will be six weeks in advance, but we can predict what it will be an hour in advance. We can start a combined-cycle gas turbine from cold within an hour. As such, predicting wind speeds an hour ahead and beginning to get backup systems ready to synchronise with them is not an impossible task.
