I wish to set out a decision on the scrutiny of EU proposals for the public record. I wish to record the decision taken by the committee on EU legislative proposals earlier today. The committee has agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 331, COM 2018 (369) and COM (2018) 371 do not warrant further scrutiny. The proposals COM 2018 (386) and COM 2018 (442) warrant further scrutiny.
