Not a first offence. The penalty is a fine of up to €5,000 and/or six months' imprisonment. Again, when we work with the working groups and partnerships, we can look at penalties to see if there is an easier way to force enforcement and compliance. Introducing penalties is a very tricky subject, but I am willing to encourage it.
