As we have a quorum, we will begin our meeting in public session. Members are requested to ensure that their mobile phones are turned off for the duration of the meeting as they interfere with the sound system. Apologies have been received from Deputy Seán Crowe and Senators Colette Kelleher and Gabrielle McFadden. I propose that we now go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters.
