I am a policymaker, but it only came across my desk a few weeks ago. My final question is for Mr. Treacy of Sport Ireland. We have been talking around the issue of participation in sport, primarily field sports or team sports. I refer to the age at which one participates after which that competitive element is introduced as the norm. As a competitive sportsman and as somebody with a huge amount of experience, what would Mr. Treacy's view be on that? I am not picking the age - let the national sporting body govern what that is. The GAA has it as a code and it is up to ten or 11. I know of some soccer clubs that have it at 14 and of a rugby cub that has it up to under 14 or 15. What is Mr. Treacy's view on that?
