I have a final question and an observation. During recent meetings of this committee, we have been very fortunate to hear from some pretty dedicated people about what they are trying to do within their fields of expertise. As far as I can see, the Super Troopers programme has had an impact. The numbers certainly look quite extraordinary. Are all the witnesses aware of that programme? They may not be. The Super Troopers programme is funded entirely by a private company. Fair play to the company in question for doing so. Is it something we should support from a national policy perspective? Is it something we should try to replicate? Should we try to ensure it is universal by providing for another funding stream or mechanism to ensure that it can go places with that private company where it does not go at present? I hope the witnesses understand what I am getting at.
