We will deal first with a number of EU legislative proposals. Schedule A is COM (2018) 392, COM (2018) 393 and COM (2018) 394. It is proposed that they warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Schedule B is COM( 2018) 276 and COM (2018) 289. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
