It relates to the point that was made by Senator Clifford-Lee with regard to social workers. Given the rate of turnover, I find it hard to believe there is no morale issue. I do not get what the difficulty is when it comes to social workers. There is an issue when it comes to front-line workers. The primary managers within Tusla are responsible for putting structures and protocols in place to protect children and front-line workers. It is clear that such workers are having to deal with many of the frustrations of the public, for example with regard to what they hear in the media. It is coming straight back at front-line workers. The witnesses might not have enough time in this slot to come back in on this point. I will explore it further when I get an opportunity to come in again.
