We have received apologies from Deputies Tom Neville and Thomas Pringle. Members are requested to ensure that their mobile telephones are turned off for the duration of the meeting, as they interfere with the sound system. I propose that the committee go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
