The first issue is the scrutiny of EU legislative proposals, COM (2018) 82, COM (2018) 83, COM (2018) 121, COM (2018) 142, COM (2018) 162 and COM (2018) 166, under Schedule B. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
