We are back in public session. I apologise to the officials, we have had a difficult day with votes in the Dáil and an over run on an earlier session.

I want to ask short, concise questions one at a time. In Mr. McDonald's presentation, on the second page you said that back in 2009 the UK's assessment considered that there was no significant transboundary effects for Ireland on their new nuclear programme. This assessment was considered by the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government at the time and under the technical advice of the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland, RPII, it was determined that there was no reason to contradict the conclusion that there would likely not be significant transboundary effects. Can you forward that written assessment to the committee?
