No, to be frank. We look to other European member states for guidance and they are generally ahead of us in how they plan. France, for instance, set out with a renewable energy plan. It announced it would auction 500 MW of wind and 500 MW of solar every six months for the next five years. People can now start to invest in community projects through the planning phase, which is a long, laborious process in need of reform. In Ireland there has been a complete absence of activity for the past four years.
