I do not know where to start because I am flabbergasted at some of the evidence that has been presented to us. I want to gain a deeper understanding of the distinction between governance and safeguarding issues. There will be some repetition in the delegates answers. We have a situation where Mr. Ian Elliott has been appointed to look at a sample of between 500 and 600 cases in which safeguarding issues arise, dating back to 2003. Is that correct?
