We resume in public session to deal with scrutiny of EU legislative proposal COM(2018)144 for regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on persistent organic pollutants (recast). It is proposed that this proposal does not require further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

In respect of COM(2016)285, update on proposal for regulation on cross-border parcel delivery services, it is proposed that this proposal does not require further scrutiny, is that agreed? Agreed.

In respect of COM(2017)495, proposal for the free flow of non-personal data in the EU, it is proposed that this proposal does not require further scrutiny, is that agreed? Agreed.

We will now return to private session.
