Before proceeding to our next item of business, I wish to record a decision taken by the joint committee on EU legislative proposals. The committee has agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 92, COM (2018) 110 and COM (2018) 113 do not warrant further scrutiny. Full details will be published on its website.
