I remind members and witnesses to switch off their mobile phones as they cause interference with the broadcasting equipment. I welcome Mr. John Kinnane, principal officer, and his colleagues, Struan Charters and Ms Caroline O'Loughlin. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Public Service Performance Report 2017, a copy of which has been circulated to members. The report is designed to link the budget of €54 billion for public sector bodies to performance information.
