I want to start with the ICT governance board. One of the main roles of the board is to ensure that ICT projects and the contracts relating to them are consistent with the public spending code. The public spending code is a 200 page document but one of the main requirements of the code is that contracts over €25,000 be tendered for. The board has been up and running since November 2016 so, technically, if the board is doing its job, every ICT contract agreed after November 2016 should be in line with the public spending code. Can Mr. Nugent tell me the number of ICT contracts the Garda has agreed following the setting up of the board and if all those contracts were tendered for?
