I remind members, officials and those in the Gallery to ensure their mobile phones are switched off for the duration of this meeting as they interfere with the sound system and the broadcasting of the meeting. In accordance with standard procedures on paperless committees agreed by the Committee on Procedure, all documentation for the meeting has been circulated to members on the document database.
