Apologies have been received from the Chairman, Deputy Colm Brophy. I will, therefore, chair the session. Today the joint committee will meet representatives of the Irish Wheelchair Association, the Disability Federation of Ireland and Mental Health Ireland. Before doing so, we will go into private session to deal with committee business.
