It concluded - in retrospect, because it is also learning as it undertakes this work - that Ireland is one of the stronger performers internationally in terms of fiscal transparency. The people from the IMF were recalibrating their understanding of the baseline. It was reassuring to us that we have not fallen behind and that we are still maintaining the pace in terms of improving tax system transparency.
