The Minister gave a breakdown of the additional expenditure of €2.6 billion for 2018. The impression given is that this will also come out of the fiscal space next year. My understanding is that at least some of this money is in the base. For example, €400 million has been allocated for demographic related costs. I understood that was related to the reconciliation of gross to net fiscal space. Is that correct?
