What is difficult to understand is how a cost-benefit analysis, CBA, in the North, which is just a few miles up the road, can deliver something like Versatis or Translarna while a CBA here can say that it is not viable. Even looking at those factors, I cannot see how the variables would be so different across a small island as to result is a different outcome.
