The other item we held over from the last day was the University College Cork, UCC, 2016 accounts. There was a qualified audit opinion regarding the pension issue. It did not involve qualification. Highlighted for people's attention were the non-consolidation of the foundation, the non-compliance with national procurement guidelines and the deferred pension funding.
