I move amendment No. 9:

In page 18, line 24, after "order" to insert the following:"and, where necessary, out of hours where the applicant and any dependent children are at risk of immediate harm. If the order is not made in this way, such an application may be made by telephone or other secure electronic means, subject to the applicant's undertaking to swear a grounding affidavit or information before the next available ordinary sitting of the court".
