We will now turn to our scrutiny of EU legislative proposals, which the committee considered earlier. Regarding COM (2017) 676 under schedule A, there are no subsidiary concerns with this proposal. It is also proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny. As such, it is proposed to scrutinise this legislative proposal as part of the committee's consideration of Europe on the Move 2017. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Regarding COM (2018) 33, it is proposed that there are no subsidiary concerns with this proposal. It is also proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
