In accordance with Standing Order 90 the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Health has completed its consideration of the Order that the Dáil approve the following regulations in draft:

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2017, copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9th November 2017, and Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(2)) (Designation of professions: counsellors and psychotherapists and establishment of registration board) Regulations 2017, copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9th November, 2017.
