The European Commission, my colleagues and I are preparing negotiations in the best manner. It is not really credible to answer those questions today. If there is a hard Brexit, we will need additional and different instruments for the European Union and Ireland. That is in contrast to there being a customs union, for example. It will depend on such things. The 2 May date is just a starting point for negotiations. I am sure that before the end of this year we will know the detail of what will face the EU 27, the UK and Ireland. That will inform what MFF we will need in the interests of Ireland and the whole EU 27.
