In the main, there is no big surprise in anything one has waited a while to receive. There is distrust, a lack of guidance and, perhaps, work pressures in terms of the day-to-day caseloads gardaí have. We recognise that they have worked under very constrained circumstances over the past number of years. It is only recently that they have been able to increase their numbers. Perhaps it is simply down to the priority list on any one person's desk.
