We are now in public session to undertake scrutiny of EU proposals. Before we proceed with business listed, I wish to record the decision taken by the committee on EU legislative proposal COM (2017) 795. It was agreed that there was no subsidiarity concern with the proposal. It was also agreed that the proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. I propose that we suspend the meeting to allow our guests take their seats. Is that agreed? Agreed.
