The first proposal to come before the committee for consideration is COM (2016) 52, measures to safeguard the security of gas supply, repealing regulation EU (994) 2010. It is proposed that this proposal does not require further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
The next measure is COM (2017) 51, the conclusion of the agreement to amend the Montreal Protocol on the substances that deplete the ozone layer adopted in Kigali. It is proposed that this proposal does not require further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
