The training starts from February onwards and normally consists of a one-day examination conference. In previous years teachers were called to do such work even though they had not applied to do so. That situation has not arisen so far this year, so maybe it is not as much of a problem. It is a matter for the SEC. I do not know the workings of the SEC.
