I refer to the work being done with partner countries. In that regard, there is an increasing role for Teagasc. The delegates mentioned capacity building. What does Teagasc need to answer all of the requests received and expand the valuable work being done with smallholders in African countries and now Colombia also? Is there a capacity or financial issue?
