I got it in the chapter and read it. I got it in just about all the other documents I have read. I needed Mr. McCarthy to deal with the issues raised - one, two, three, four, five.

On the statutory review, the Department has broken the law. Is it correct that the Department has not complied with its obligations under the law to carry out a review?
