To take the past two to three years as an example because things move so fast in this area, have the online dangers and threats to young people increased in that period or are they being discussed more? Were such dangers present two or three years ago? That might be a difficult question which the witnesses cannot answer. Was the same volume of dangers present, has it increased or are we discussing it more and bringing it into the limelight?
