The agreement deals specifically with capital lost. It states that the compensation payable will be the difference between the pre-designated value and the post-designated value. The Deputy will note from that why I suggested the National Parks and Wildlife Service would pay the balance, which is suggested there in black and white. I am not reinventing the wheel.
