I thank the Chairman for the question. Before I took up the role at Bank of Ireland I worked for 20 years at HSBC in a variety of roles. I worked in the UK laterally, where I ran our UK and European retail banking business. Prior to this I had worked in the Middle East and Asia in senior predominantly retail banking roles and in a variety of locations early in my career.
