As we have a quorum, we will commence the meeting. We are in public session. I welcome the members to the meeting. Before we begin, I remind members, if they have mobile phones, to either turn them off or switch them to flight mode. I propose we go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters before returning to public session. Is that agreed? Agreed.
