In accordance with Standing Order 90, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government has completed its consideration of the following regulations in draft:(i) Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2018,

(ii) Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018, and

(iii) Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2018,copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 13 December 2017.

In accordance with Standing Order 73, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
