I have one final brief question, it is a particular case that I was asked to raise. This person was with Bank of Scotland and was under a lot of pressure. The person left Bank of Scotland, sold the house and downsized to a much smaller house. That person does not know whether they were affected because they closed their account. To whom can that person go to ask that question?
