Considering what the Deputy has just said, I emphasise that we are continuing to check the numbers. We are not ruling out the possibility the numbers of those affected could go up. If we find more people who have been affected, we do not think there should be any delay in putting them into the schemes. I can confirm that we think it will all be done by the end of June in respect of the initial payments. People have timelines for appeal.
