No. What we are looking at here is the funding from all central funds to the local authority. How it spends it is a matter for the Local Government Audit Service and not for us. However, money is going to local authorities from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, the Department of Rural and Community Development, local property tax and motor tax. It is trying to get the picture of all the funding from all the central sources that goes into the local authorities and then find out the formula as to how it is divided between the local authorities.
