I will have to leave in the next few minutes. I have asked Deputy McGrath to take the Chair. I have one very quick question I wish to ask before I depart. As for the local authorities that are in surplus on collection of the LPT, does Mr. Hogan know whether there is a discretionary figure available to them? The Parliamentary Budget Office, which has supplied us with some excellent information and has done great work for the committee, has provided a figure. My understanding was that there was about €63 million in extra funds for local authorities that are in surplus on the LPT. Is that something on which the witness can comment?
