Following on from Deputy Boyd Barrett's point on a significant increase arising for many people as a result of that process, does Mr. Walsh believe that would have an impact on compliance rates? Were a home owner to have a large increase in his or her local property tax demand within the space of three months, would that form part of Revenue's forecasts in terms of how such increases could affect compliance rates?
