On the McCarthy report, which suggests that 50% of the land we own is unproductive, we have 440,000 ha. We believe that 100,000 of it is unproductive and unviable as part of the productive forestry estate. Some of it is being used for biodiversity projects and other uses.

On wind turbines, fewer than 500 ha is being used to develop our wind turbine portfolio to date. We have mitigated those hectares that have been so used.
