We are now in public session. In respect of Schedule A, COM (2017) 637, it is proposed that there are no subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. It is proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny. It is also proposed that officials from the Department be invited to brief the committee on this proposal with a view to the committee submitting a political contribution to the European Commission if the committee deems it necessary. Is that agreed? Agreed.

In respect of Schedule B, COM (2015) 635, it is proposed that this proposal warrants no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
