I will address those issues one by one. My colleagues, who specialise in policy and enforcement, will probably complement my answers.

Reference was made to fake names. I am sorry that the experience of Deputy Funchion has been that she has not had the right response. I always tell people to report fake accounts. Often, some of the behaviour a person might object to would not necessarily violate policies around speech that one finds unpalatable. However, if an account is operating under a fake name, it is in clear violation of our policies.

Enforcement is difficult. Sometimes, we get it wrong. I encourage people to report issues again.
