Very briefly, what I feel we need is a contract that deals with this uncertainty that is driving trainees away; makes general practice viable; makes it possible to take a break from time to time; gives us access to the tests we need; and as I have already said, gives us the ability to reach our potential and to do the job that we are actually paid to do.
