It is proposed that the proposals listed in schedule A - COM (2017) 424 and COM (2017) 619 - do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is also proposed that the proposals listed in schedule B - COM (2017) 483, COM (2017) 484, COM (2017) 486, COM (2017) 556, COM (2017) 595 and COM (2017) 596 - do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. We will suspend for a few minutes while we wait for the Minister and his officials to arrive.
