Absolutely. There are private licences but some licences which we do not have are semi-State licences. For example, we do not sell Leap cards. It is ridiculous that we do not have the licence to sell Leap cards. This needs to be thought through. I am very grateful for the support, including financial support, of the Department but we need to work with all the Departments to ensure that we get these services. The quid pro quois we need to do a better job in order that we can guarantee they will be available and done efficiently. I hope that we will do that.
