I move amendment No. 115:

In page 36, lines 17 and 18, to delete “appointed and having assessed the application under section 39, the advisory panel shall” and substitute the following:“appointed, the advisory panel, having assessed the application under section 26, and having had regard to the matters referred to in section 31(2), shall”.
